Portfolio Sales

Several apartments, one transaction.

Blocks within our buildings, assembled and sold as a single lot — priced on income, handled off market, completed in one contract.

Why A Lot

A block is not a pile of flats

It is an income stream with one landlord, one managing agent and one service-charge schedule. That is a different asset from four separate apartments, and it sells to different people.

01

Priced on yield

Buyers underwrite the rent roll. We present it as they need it — rents achieved, voids, arrears, renewals — not as a brochure.

02

One completion

A single contract across the lot. No chain of independent sales collapsing on one another.

03

Off market

No portal listing, no public price history against the building. Introductions are qualified and confidential.

04

Management in place

We already manage in these buildings, so a buyer can inherit the arrangement on day one rather than tender for it.

Current Lots

Available as a portfolio

Lot sizes and guides are confirmed building by building. Where a figure is not yet settled it is left blank rather than estimated.

The Evidence

What the portfolio shows

Our own management figures across the portfolio — the numbers a block buyer underwrites against.

Considering a sale

Evidence first: what your apartment would genuinely achieve, and whether now is the moment. A private conversation, without obligation.

Acquiring or renting

Tell us the requirement. When something fits in one of our buildings, you hear before the portals do.
